1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, enrolling in any programme, or engaging any service offered by ASCEND IT CAREER (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

We provide (a) Agentic AI consulting, architecture, development and automation services to businesses, and (b) technical training programmes, workshops and cohort-based courses delivered under our brand Future Proof India. Specific deliverables, schedules and fees for any engagement or programme are described at the point of purchase or in a separate proposal/agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian, and be capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our services. Information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete.

4. Fees, Payment & Auto-Debit (EMI) Plans

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments may be collected through third-party payment processors, payment gateways and authorised fee-collection / auto-debit partners. By making a payment you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment partner.
• Where you opt for an instalment, EMI or auto-pay plan, you authorise the relevant partner to debit the agreed amounts from your bank account / card on the scheduled due dates via eNACH (ECS) or UPI AutoPay. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance on each due date.
• A failed, bounced or returned instalment may attract charges levied by your bank or the collection partner, and may result in suspension of access until dues are cleared.
• Enrolment or service delivery may be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable payment or successful set-up of the agreed payment mandate.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell our course content, materials or software without written permission.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, course material, code samples, documentation, logos, trademarks (including “Ascend IT Career” and “Future Proof India”) and other materials on this website and within our programmes are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own learning only.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely on or link to third-party tools and providers (including payment processors, communication platforms and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

Our training programmes are educational in nature. While we strive for high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific result, certification, job, placement, salary or business outcome. Services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its director and personnel from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful conduct, without prejudice to any amounts due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) shall survive.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
