Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
1. Overview
We want you to be confident in enrolling with us. This policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations are handled. By making a payment, you accept this policy.
2. Training Programmes & Cohort-Based Courses (Future Proof India)
For live, cohort-based or scheduled training programmes, the following applies based on when we receive your written cancellation request (by email to connect@ascenditcareer.com):
| When you cancel | Refund |
|---|---|
| 7 or more days before the cohort/batch start date | Full refund, less payment-gateway / transaction charges and any non-refundable registration fee |
| Less than 7 days before the start date | 50% refund, less applicable charges |
| On or after the start date, or after course material / recordings have been accessed | No refund |
Note: the specific refund windows above are our standard terms and may be varied for a particular programme. Where a programme page or enrolment agreement states different terms, those programme-specific terms will prevail.
3. Self-Paced / Recorded Content & Digital Products
Fees for self-paced courses, recorded content, downloadable material and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been delivered, except where required by law.
4. Consulting & Professional Services
Consulting, advisory, development and automation engagements are governed by the specific proposal or statement of work agreed between the parties. Unless that document states otherwise, advance/booking amounts are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the agreed start date may be refunded after deducting any work already performed and applicable charges.
5. Instalment / EMI / Auto-Debit (eNACH & UPI AutoPay) Plans
- If you pay via an instalment, EMI or auto-debit plan set up through an authorised fee-collection partner, you may cancel future instalments by giving written notice at least 5 days before the next scheduled debit date.
- Cancelling the mandate stops future debits but does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid; any refund of already-paid amounts is determined under sections 2–4 above.
- Transaction, registration or bounce charges levied by the bank or the collection partner are non-refundable.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method / source account used for the transaction.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Applicable taxes (GST) are refunded only to the extent permitted under law.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
